Jews, Conspiracy, and Islam

Anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that some of us find readily acceptable or wish it to be true either takes the form of historical introduction or offered as ‘explanations’ to the politics of the Middle-east, particularly Palestine. In the former scenario information is extracted a great deal from non-Muslim authors and then massaged in the attempt to show that the Jews are at the root of revolutions, chaos and antireligious shakeup of the first half of the 20th century. In the latter scenario it revolves around the issue of Israel and how the world’s end is tied to its end.
These theories make some people feel better or stronger with regards to their frustrations with their inability to deal with Israel effectively; thus, as it were, indicating a hidden evil Zionist world government.
Unable to understand freedom of choice and competition in a free society, they explain the success of Jews in terms of a conspiracy.
They have a deterministic view of European history controlled by the Jews which credits the others with little awareness and capability. It is as if the Europeans were dumb, uncaring, incapable sheep throughout the process. It is an insult to human intelligence, dignity, perceptions and ability.
Even the slightest link to this “Zionist conspiracy” seems to merit wholesale blacklisting at times, and any type of personal connection is given top priority in questioning and then determining true political loyalty.
Any involvement in Muslim affairs by Israel, Zionists or Jews is never accepted as humanitarian but given a sinister nature. The Jews are demonized, even in their messianic expectations! The Jews are said to control all Muslim societies, the oil market, of being minions of the Antichrist, being Gog and Magog, and controlling world’s finances.
Simplistic and puerile in their understanding they imagine that mere possession of powerful weapons ensures victory. They do not provide any encouragement to adopt and excel in advanced technology, nor to undertake purposeful education, nor leadership in careers that can bring life changes for the better to others, nor emphasize personal acquisition of life skills with which to live in a society responsibly, but instead rely upon external events to ‘win the war’. A person of average intelligence or common sense would be able to note them for their lack of understanding regarding what is possible.
If what they say is true about the power and hate of the Jewish conspiracy then Muslims would suffer much destruction by now. If this conspiracy theory is so pervasive and powerful why do these authors speak with such impunity and freedom? How come they do not behave with an honest sense of being watched or endangered?
The will spin colourful tales of the Mahdi whose story is a series of conquests against enemies. These enemies never form an alliance and simply allow him to finish them off piecemeal. The problem of Constantinople needing a second conquest is speciously explained away, current names of leaders and states are pressed into service as a string of nations is vanquished, and no other nation, least of all the USA ever intervenes! When the USA does act or Westerners confront him with superior weaponry, divine intervention defeats them. A nuclear holocaust in Jerusalem is cast into the story but that miraculously leaves Muslims unaffected.
All this of course precedes total annihilation of the Jews. Finally multitudes in Europe convert to Islam whereby the Mahdi takes over all Western technology. It then becomes the Europeans’ turn to suffer hunger and disasters.
The Jews who are reckoned to control the Catholic Church send saboteurs prompting conquest of Europe. Nuclear holocaust follows in London, Paris and Washington with eventual conversion of everyone. Ultimately Rome is conquered and the Catholic Church is destroyed.
This Mahdi narrative is almost wholly disconnected from classical sources. No practical insights are offered on how humanity will change or how Islam would do better at ruling than the West. How the caliph can be selected and accepted is left unattended.
I am sorry, this hate-filled, envious outpouring of suspicions and doubt from troubled hearts are neither Islamic nor Islam. I cannot approve through my silence such injustice and ignorance from the ramblings of others who are artful in packaging doubts. I thank Allah that He has put enough of truth of revelation in my heart not be such a disgrace to Islam, a religion of truth, justice and mercy based on the certain knowledge of revelation. I thank Allah that I do not bring shame to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) through succumbing to the evils of this so-called Jewish Conspiracy.

In regards to Islam, do you accept anything else besides Qur’an and the six books of Sunnah (Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidi, Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, Al Nassai? If you do then obviously, your following something made up. But if only follow the above, then you will know that the jew will try to kill you if you don’t follow their beliefs. so the jew will (already has) wage a war against Islam/Muslims.
Seriously Abdullah, do you even know what Jews believe? Most of their beliefs are the same as those of Muslims! Islam regards Jews as the Ahl Al Kitab – People of the Book i.e. people who believe in Allah’s previous prophets and previous revelations. No one is making this up, this is in fact the teaching found in the very text of the Holy Qur’an. The ahadith which you haven’t quoted, but to which I guess you are referring, may be interpreted in many different ways. But as Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, also warned, Muslims will fight Muslims in later days – and this was hardly something the Prophet was advising us to do, but rather something of deep concern to him… Many ahadith, get taken way out of context. The Qur’an however, is clear and definitive on this matter:
“Those who believe (in the Qur’an) and those who follow the Jewish (Scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians – Any who believe in God and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve.” Holy Qur’an 2:62
Paul
Who earned Allah’s anger? (clue opening chapter of Qur’an). Why? They are prophets killers. Now there may be some peaceful Jews who exist nowadays, but their religion has been hijacked by zionists who control the world today – from the media to the banks. Who rewrote the bible. Soon you will see them grab the land they were ‘promised’ in the bible from river Euphrates to the Nile. So brace yourself for the shock of your life. Everything that his happening around the world is paving way for their ‘massiah’ – dajjal. So don’t compare Islam to judaism, yes they are ‘ahl al kitab’ but they are not Muslims!
Since I’m here, how can your organisation (abbasi) say there’s nothing in the Qur’an (not koran) about gays – let’s recall the story of Prophet Lut (pbuh)! Don’t try to water down Islam to please nonMuslims. Speak the haq.
Salaam alaikum Abdullah,
Speak the haq? What else do you think I’m doing Abdullah? I’m very conscious of the fact I’ll have to give account to Allah for everything I do. Why do you think I try to understand in as much depth myself, before explaining things to others? Hence, why what I speak, is not merely the recycled nonsense of some mullah! The Holy Qur’an is meant to be read and understood; this Divine message from Allah is the very basis of Islam, not the bigoted views of some mullah or another… The first surah of the Holy Qur’an doesn’t even mention Jews! If you have read the word “Jew” anywhere in that chapter, it is because the translator or commentator has added their own opinions into the text, perhaps in brackets or footnotes. However, I can assure you, the word “Jew” or “Yahudi” is not found anywhere in Surah Al-Fatihah. Some scholars have said “those who earn your anger” means the Jews, although it must be emphasised, that this is an opinion they hold, not what the text itself actually states. Rabid Anti-Semitism has become commonplace among Muslims, yet the Qur’an clearly states that among the “Ahl Al Kitab” are good and pious people. Allah clearly states in the Qur’an, that among them are “Mumineen” – True Believers! Although it’s true, the Qur’an does state that among them are bad people… However, the Qur’an also states that there are evil people among Muslims too, namely the hypocrites or “Munafiqeen”. So, the truth (haq) is, the Qur’an states that there are good and bad people among both Jews and Muslims. Are we to therefore use this as a basis to hold bigoted views towards Jews alone? How can such a perspective be substantiated in light of the Holy Qur’an? Clearly, many people have not read and do not understand the words of Allah!
Wa Salaam,
Paul
Manwar Ali (Abu Muntasir) this is not just a Jewish conspiracy, this is also a Christian one as well, existing in the Bible in Revelations that is going around, but also exists with Nostradamus. However it is a little different in the areas of converting Europe to Islam, as I heard that this Mahdi will place himself among the people as the one true Messiah and does many wonders that the people accept him as such and destroys the Catholic Church by placing himself has leader and spiritual leader (false Messiah). However, for those that are many who refuse such a belief in this Mahdi, he will not care for the non believers and hate them and leave them to starve to death and face many Miseries because of him. Further, he leads a attack to destroy Isreal which bring the intervention of the true Messiah to end such blood shed and sent them all that attacked Isreal to Hell. However, this is just a “conspiracy” and the false Messiah that the Jews and Christians are waiting for may well be a person or persons that believes in “no God” (Atheist). No one really knows who this false Messiah will be and there are a percentage of people that even believe that such a conspiracy has already happen. About the Catholic Church, for many Christians this is just a “building” that can be rebuilt again and it’s destruction doesn’t mean the end of Catholic’s as it is a belief system is not built of bricks but hearts. Hence, their are many conspiracy stories in this area, but the truth is who knows among men and women what will really happen in the future. “Who Knows”
Your analysis: “Who earned Allah’s anger? Why? They are prophets killers” is incomplete and flawed. Temple Israel (i.e., Israel in Jerusalem after Solomon and the Babylonian Captivity) is Maghdoob not because they killed the prophets, but because their predecessors, in the time of Solomon, conflated the Messiah (Jesus) with the Messenger of the Covenant (Muhammad) in their Mashiach (Masih ad-Dajjal, or “False Messiah”), producing The Lie (that the Messenger comes in Israel). After Ezra had rewritten the Torah in the square Hebrew script (replacing the cursive Hebrew script in which it was originally written), and the false Tradition (that Jesus denounced) was made the central “Scripture” of rabbinic Judaism, reading the “Good News” passages of the Law and the Prophets (in the “Old Testament”) was prohibited ~ which was why Jesus spoke in parables and why, when the scribes asked him for a Sign of the Son of Man, he said “Just as Jonah spent three days and three nights in the belly of the fish, so the Son of Man will spend three days and three nights in the belly of the earth” ~ a Sign that had not been given to the Children of Israel before him. And of course Rasulullah sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam spent three days and three nights in the cave with Abu Bakr radi ALLAHU anhu, while the “crucifiction” myth says Isa ‘alaihi as-salaam spent from the night of the Sabbath to the morning of Sunday in a tomb ~ two nights and one day that the trinitarian Christians imagine fulfilled that Sign.
Israel had broken their Covenant many times before the time of Solomon. The Jerusalem faction abandoned Mount Gerushim where the Samaritan Jews still worship, and went south. This did not prevent their successors from carrying out their Promise to announce the name (“Muhammad” in the Song of Solomon), lineage (of Ishmael), place of birth (Kedar, now Makkah), place of migration (Tema, now Madinah), Signs (Battle of Badr, descent from the mountains of Paran “with ten thousand saints, a fiery law in his hand for them”), etc. And after Judah and Samaria had been partitioned among the Tribes, they warred on each other and broke the Law repeatedly, none of which prevented their successors from fulfilling their Covenant regarding Rasulullah.
But when they attributed the recognizable Signs of the Messenger to the Messiah, creating a False Messiah, this prevented their successors from fulfilling the Law. It was for formulating this scheme that they were sent into the Babylonian exile, and when they consummated their plan by denying and falsifying the Messiah in Jesus’ time and afterward, they were cursed by ALLAH, by the word of Jesus, to the damnation of Deuteronomy 28:15ff, as ALLAH had promised them in the time of Moses ‘alaihi as-salaam.
In other words, you’re looking only at the damned of Israel, for which post-Messianic history see “The Controversy of Zion” at http://www.muslimamerica.net/cz/000.htm ~ and get your facts straight from rabbinical and unimpeachable public record sources.
But you also need to look at Israel in a longer perspective, and see the Israel that Solomon sent to the southern regions of the Promised Land, the Israelites who became Messianic Jews after Jesus, who do not have the Talmud, and who still, today, guard and protect the Ark of the Covenant that disappears from the Biblical narrative without explanation after Solomon ~ who deposed Levi from their custody of the Ark and the Torah and from their priestly authority. And you have to give some attention to the people of Temple Israel who are still waiting for Mashiach, and renounce zionism as contrary to the Law of Moses.
You can’t look to the ignorant to support a conspiracy theory that is only a theory. You need to look to our only authoritative sources, the Qur’an and the Bible, and to the secular histories illuminated by those sources, as fairly well detailed by “Controversy of Zion” and elsewhere, and see the whole picture ~ four major monotheistic religious Houses, six thousand years (and more) of human history, and the duty of humanity to exercise the dominion for which we were created, as understood or misunderstood by various parties who have shaped a history of hell obscuring two moments of human society.
Until you have done your homework and are able to speak with the certitude that is the characteristic of Islam, I’d suggest that you set your flag aside and work to know the truth. Then you will know the men, and you can lay a sound indictment that is already recorded in both the Bible and the Qur’an. Accusing “Israel” of being accursed is a far cry from showing why SOME of Israel is, indeed, damned, their only escape being repentance from The Lie and obeying Jesus.
You might also look for the prophecy that Israel as a nation will be released from that damnation only after six million are “consumed by fire” as expiation. I’ve seen it referenced, but I don’t really have time to go find it in the Tradition of the pharisees. You might want to reflect on the idea that many Jewish people want to believe that the treason of the pharisees has been expiated.
was-salaamu ‘alaikum.
Thank you Manwar. You’re a true mentsche.
